Need programmer to parse data

Hello:

Looking for programmer to parse data for me - possibility of additional work depending on project success. It should be fairly straightforward. Please reply or PM if interested.

Details:
* I have a HTML file (export from Pinboard) that is regularly updated containing product information
* Parsing program needs to take data from this file (tags, notes, URL, title) and reformat it into a TXT/CSV file so it can be saved and imported into a CMS (e.g., all 'a href' tags need to go into 'URL' field, all tags marked 'price:X' need to be parsed into 'price' field
* Prefer PHP or VBA, but open to other suggestions
* Script will only need to handle a negligible amount of data (around 50 products at a time)
