Need programmer to help integrate payment gateway with hasoffers network

Hi I am looking for a programmer to who can help me with a few things.

1. I need to integrate a payment gateway on my site so I can accept credit card purchases. My site is, realeasydiet.com

2. I need to link this payment gateway to an affiliate network backend so my affiliates can track their clicks/sales for the site. For this we can use a custom simple solution, or link to a 3rd party network like hasoffers, cake, etc.
