Need programmer for node js, socket io

Hello all! I hope i`m in the right place. I have a website with a chat inside for logged in members. the chat app is custom made in php and each logged in user has his country flag. However i found out that it`s server consuming and that a similar app in node js and socket io will be much better. So basically i need someone to code the new chat app based on my needs, width and height, layout etc, very simple task, not something complicated. Or if i`m wrong about this, to make me something similar, in different coding language that will less consume the server when i`ll have 500 or 1000 users on chat. The hosting provider is a good one, i pay like 50 euros per month, so not a simple go daddy.

If you have suggestions, you can help with advices or create the custom chat app, let me know. I can`t PM, so...
