need private proxy provider, work guarantee regularly

i want to sell private proxy to my customer, but i want to buy per 10-20-30 credit each payment and use my credit until they finish.

for example, i bought 10 credit, use one today and uses 3 next days etc.

also payment via Credit card ex; plimus or 2CO, not paypal.
