I need a very affordable price for proxies or VPN. I'm going to send bulk mail from these private proxies, and only have $30 to budget. I need to send out about 7k per day.

These are shared proxies, I need private proxies. Most of these proxies are blacklisted, and cannot be used to send webmail.

Hey folk, i use bhsvps. I think its good because the swoftware on it is licensed.
