I dont want to use anything that advertises publicly.
if you know of a private network that you trust, please pm me.

Use the christmas sales and get some cheap domains/hostings, so you can build one by yourself. It would be much better for you, knowing that the network you are using is completely PRIVATE

but I am not finding anything cheap. I tried godaddy auctions and all high pr ones are too expensive.

Why would anyone use a PBN with them being busted on a weekly basis by Google? Seriously..

Expect to pay money to rank - real private networks are not cheap at all, neither is building your own the right way.

They are not busting REAL "private" networks - hence the word private. Anything found on a public forum is NOT "private" ...private networks should be used for yourself. Anytime you invite someone else in throw the word "private" out the window as it is not private any longer.

Yeah, I "need a private blog network" too :)

avoid these networks eventually they these links will be removed by google. If you want to flip site then it is an option.

You need to buy some domains from auction and and you are good to set up your own network. There are lots of things you have to consider while buying them though.

I have few sites for them I am doing SEO, so they are not site network, however I can fulfil your purpose as well... need to know the niche you are involved in.

Check market place... to find out good private blog network.

Nobody is going to include you in their private network unless you have some pretty deep pockets. All the services
you see here are not private but work until they are shut down.
