I'd say your best bet would be prweb.com. It costs $325 for them to make you a professional press release and it will be seo optimized and done exactly how you want it.

This service is still needed as I am hiring another writer.. Need someone that can write 1 press release and do 10 re-writes of specific articles.

$5.00 for the press release (500 words)
$2.50 per article re-write x 10
