Need Precise TikTok Organic Setup Advice for Multi-Country Scaling

I’m currently running a dropshipping business in France, entirely fueled by an organic TikTok content strategy. It’s working well locally, and now I’m aiming to replicate the exact same playbook across multiple European countries — starting with Germany and Spain, then eventually rolling it out EU-wide.


I’ve gone through pretty much every thread here related to geo-targeting TikTok accounts, but I’m still missing a clear, actionable setup guide for my use case. I’m not looking for generic advice — I want the kind of precise, battle-tested methods that actually make a new TikTok account get recommended natively to users in the target country.


For context:

• I’ve purchased two iPhone SE 2022 units dedicated to this project.
• Goal is to run one device for Germany and one for Spain.
• Strategy will remain fully organic (no paid ads).

What I’m looking for is ultra-specific advice on:

• Device and account setup to avoid cross-contamination between countries.
• SIM/eSIM vs proxies vs mobile IP — which is more effective for stable geo-localization.
• Warm-up routines and posting cadences that have proven to stick long-term.
• Any “hidden levers” beyond the obvious language/hashtags/sounds that actually move the geo-distribution needle.
• Do’s and don’ts to avoid detection, shadowbans, or reach drops when posting abroad.

I'm a bit confused. Some people recommend mobile proxies, others recommend residential proxies. You seem to know a lot about proxies. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Scaling TikTok across countries means keeping devices, IPs, and behavior separate so each account looks native. Use static residential IPs from the target country for better stability and long-term results.

Mobile proxies are indeed recommended by many people, but since I haven’t received feedback from clients using mobile proxies, I can’t give you any specific advice. You might want to look for some trials and test them yourself.


What I’m more familiar with are native residential IPs, so I can explain a bit. A native IP refers to an address genuinely registered within a residential network. These are high-purity IPs, suitable for account registration and localization scenarios. Some clients who operate TikTok or other social media accounts prefer this type of IP.


It’s important to note that native IPs are different from ISP proxies. ISP proxies are IPs assigned by internet service providers but not registered as residential addresses. So, when making a choice, you should distinguish between the two.


Finally, your decision should be based on the pricing of different proxy types and your budget, in order to determine the residential IP that suits you best.

If the idea is to target multiple countries, then you would need to look into getting multiple Simcards from different providers from different countries. TikTok recommends content based off of Simcard location. That being said, if you want to target the USA, then use a US simcard; if you want to target Germany, then use a German Simcard. That is how many agencies target different countries.

Your plan looks solid. On TikTok, the most important thing is using local IP + SIM to lock the geo - don’t run multiple markets on the same device or the algorithm gets confused. Create fresh accounts, set language + SIM to the target country, and warm them up for a few days by watching, liking, and following local content before posting. When posting, keep it consistent (1–2 videos/day), use trending sounds and local hashtags. Avoid switching IPs too often, TikTok flags that easily.

Everything related to SIM is outdated. TikTok don’t request permissions for these anymore. You can read about it in their privacy policy or check it on your own with apk/ios app.

that's what I saw. Update: I use Oxylabs' mobile proxies with sticky session of 30 minutes. I've created the account using an e-mail.

Does someone know reliable softwares providing reliable phone numbers to register tiktok account ?

I bought @Lukmat course on TikTok/Multi App targeting. I believe the questions you have are answered in his course. Worth taking a look.

If you use proxy/vpn when creating new account you will be flagged. This flag have impact on time what you need to spend on TikTok before they decide to start showing your videos to audience.

Buy local SIM cards from your country. Then create google accounts, you can create many of them with just one sim. Then register on TikTok using google account. TikTok app can’t see your google phone number due to privacy.
