Need PR8 to be checked, do not trust it, please advice

Hi,

Today i bought some High PR backlinks. i checked them all and the most of them seems to be ok, there is only one i do not trust 100%, its just a feeling.

It is a PR8 link PA /DA is only 1 thats why i do not trust it, how can a PR8 have a PA/DA from only 1...

Does anyone have advice for me how to check the PR, in now it is sometimes fake, so it has to be double checked!

Thanks, the pagerank is valid. Still dont get it why the pa/da is only 1

Have you tried looking to see exactly what links are going into it?

Try this search on Google, I'm sure you can guess roughly what it does:

"domain" -site:domain

Doesn't bring up everything but it will give you an idea what's pointing at it.

Of course it's fake Pr (read the core definition of what page rank is and you'll understand why).

Page rank checking tools are only useful for weeding out the most basic forms of PR manipulation and should not be used for anything other then that.

Then again, since most seo's still don't understand how page rank works, the domain holds value because there are still those who will think its real and pay money for it. (Perceived value only)

If the PA/DA is 1, then it is FAKE.

No links = No PR


Just pull up an Ahrefs or Majestic SEO report and see if there are links or not. Don't rely on these silly "fake PR" checking tools, as those are inconsistent at best.

That is definitely a fake pr, someone probably did a redirect just before the pr update came out. The only way you can get a good pr is to have links pointing to it to provide it with that authority with barely any links, unless they are all pr9s it isn't going to happen. Plus if it was genuine there would be so much attention around it the price would be insane.

Have a look at the links pointing at the PR8 site, and have a look at their quality... if it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, and sounds like a duck, it's probably a duck.
