I can provide you few PR3-4 links.
I do usually prefer PR7 links. They get spammed earlier compared lower PRed links.

There are plenty of companies out of india that have thousands of links, why don't you place an order with them for a website, and then you can see which links they use.
do you have an example?
i found some and they have *.in websites, doesn't quite cut it for me, i would prefer .com .net .org

That's right. I have been puzzled for at least 15 minutes digging deep into the source of the pages and couldn't find any links in there. Not even the comment text. Wondering where are they.
