Need Post That Is On BHW for Onpage Factors

Hey,

I hate threads like this, but there was a post I came across a few months ago that I would really like to see again. If anybody knows where it is could you direct me to it?

It was a list of different tags ordered by the impact they had on search engine rankings for on page factors. When asked how the OP came up with this he said that he had some sites for an obscure keyword where he changed one tag on each one and could see how Google ranked them.

I have been searching for days and can't find this thread... I think it was posted around Christmas or New Years.
