Need help finding the best pop ad networks to advertise on...
propellerads sent tons of traffic quickly but extremely low quality,
popads.net and redirect.com traffic sucked....
exoclick campaign has been pending for 5 days straight...
adcash traffic was good but $12 cpm to target US... Im running cloaked tech campaigns and the best result so far is adcash with 1 call per thousand impressions, which is probably about right if I could just get the cost down significantly.
Im using the same exact pop that vendors are using to sell me calls for $8 and $9 each so I know the ad itself works... Just need cheaper cost per call.
