Need phpbb3 coder

I need someone for little ongoing tasks, to help my forum grow.

the first task is I need an ad rotator installed, sounds simple but it's not, the genric ones that you download with the mod installer does not work, and manual ones do not work with my theme.

so I need someone with good experiance of getting things running, as I am fairly new I am happy to escrow agreed funds, or pay after completion and checking of any backdoor/misc crap, but no payment up front.
