Hello,
I'll make it short, I got sick with something called dysautonomia. I have not been able to keep up with the bug fixing and support for my site which sells a php application. which I will let you know if you are interested in this offer.
Either you, your company, or a friend/acquaintance maybe interested that is trustworthy in helping me get the bugs out so I can start marketing it. I am offering 40% net revenue. I can provide past statistics of sales, it was pretty easy to sell for even 177.00/ license. I just cannot manage it right now.
After the bugs are fixed I can start marketing it again, and hopefully start developing it more to increase sales even more.
If you are interested, I can send over a NDA so you can take a look at full unencoded source and check it out for yourself. If you then interested after taking a look at the application I can send over a contract that I had written up.
