[NEED .php Expert] Pagination fix in Premium News/Magazine Theme

I've been reading around and noticing that a lot of news themes butcher the pagination function within wordpress thus making it impossible to break long blog posts/articles into separate pages. This is essential for my site as is having full responsive support for iPad/iPhone. Instead of finding ANOTHER new theme that may or may not allow pagination, then finding a freelancer to code the theme to be responsive, I've settled in on a good theme and would like to hire someone to fix the pagination within the php files.

Experts who have knowledge of this bug and preferably previous experience fixing this issue.
