That's stupid. Just invoice his address for the money and attach a nice admin charge. Or alternatively let PayPal know that someone approached you to alter their id documents. You refused, but managed to obtain the original document. Attach this to the mail.

hey i think i can help you out without you having to forge documents. When you sign up with paypal borrow your parents' or a friend's credit card and enter in that information. After that take like $20 and open up a savings account at a local bank, if your bank is not offering savings accounts to minors then possibly you can have a parent or a legal adult co-sign with you on an account. After you have opened your account at the bank you can link that bank account to your paypal account. Once this is done just change the backup payment method from the credit card you entered earlier to your savings account.

Ok, Not to hi-jack OP's thread but since this thread exactly discuss about what I need, I just didn't find it necessary to create another thread in the pool of thousands already. And since, I am unable to send PMs too, I am having to revive this.
