in my gmail there are too many US phone number, is there any one here who can extract phone number from gmail? i need the Software

You mean, extract US phone number from gmail inbox ?
Google also has it's "Contacts", which are also phone numbers, which can be exported with one click.

some one reply me and send his phone number to call them, how i scrap this number? Your method work only who email me direct and add my contact, all the email is forward mail
