NEED PERMANENT DIGITAL CARTOONIST

Posted this originally in JV section but it wasn't approved for some reason and cant get answer from mod so i am trying here.
I own a website that makes cartoon characters for people, my current artist also works on fiverr and its just too much for them to do my work on time and their own so i am looking for a new full time permanent cartoonist
If you are interested pm me and i can explain more, you must be able to work fast and not be working on fiverr i need everything hand drawn so you must be a good artist, my site is busy so its a decent amount of work
My current artist comes from Indonesia so money wise it would suit someone from this type of location, happy to pay per job to start and then would be monthly after trial
