Need Perl Programmer / Server Admin

I'm looking for someone who can install a script (on a Centos server w/ webmin already installed) with the following requirements:

# Linux OS
# Apache web server
# Perl higher than 5.007 version [http://www.perl.com/download.csp]
# MySQL database [http://www.mysql.com]
# Apache mod_rewrite module
# .htaccess files support [http://www.tutorio.com/tutorial/enab...ite-on-apache]
# DBI, DBD::mysql perl modules
# LWP Bundle
# GD lib, GD perl module (Optional) [http://www.libgd.org/Downloads]

Everything not on a basic centos server w/ webmin installed should be assumed to NOT BE INSTALLED and part of this job.
