If I understood it right, why don't buy Premium USA private proxies and use the accounts by yourself???
Like this you make the review process faster, will be left with proxies that you can use them for other projects too, etc... etc...

I tried that before. But Most of the proxy website are spammed. Most of the proxy providers claims that they are selling private proxies but indeed those are not. I have read enough posts about those so far here.

So Its better to get real peoples from USA instead of using proxies.

I don't have any problem in paying extra but atleast My work will not suffer.

No need to be such an asshole! I don't have a webcam or a mic, and therefore cannot use skype! There's a reason I don't have skype!
