Hi guys,

So im in the very beginning of my PBN build. The following domains which stats i will paste down below has been cleared from spam etc. Im a bit unsure whether or not to register some of them, none of them or all of them. The main reason is that people on this forum and other parts of the internet are so used to chasing down .com domains where im only chasing for local domains in my country. So i assume same minimum requirements do not apply here since the competition within my business is even lower then many of the other users competing in US market etc. So having this in mind I would love to hear some feedback on the following stats whether or not I should register them.

I always prefer high PA, DA & Ref Domains.

But do you think they are high enough for a PBN?

:1: The CF:TF ratio is a bit on the yellow zone, but if you're sure those aren't spammed domain, even better if they still got some pages indexed as extra safety measure then go for it. Stats like that on an expired domain market is already decent mi think

Yes im aware of the TF/CF ratio, but then again i dont think they are all that bad. Some has 2-3 links from old guestbooks (none spammed since the total links are very for these links).

Well the one with highest stats (4+ mr) has a russian site that seems legitimite when translating etc. In total 3 of the domains are with my own countries extension, rest has sites with my countries extension linking to them which all makes sence (sports etc).

None of the domains are indexed which brings me to another question.

Is there a way to know 100% they will not fuc*up my ecommerce website once i link to it???... Is there any test i can make or so?

Sorry guys im really working hard to get a grasp of it all and i must say i came a long way but despite that i still have holes in my game ;/. Really appreciate replies in this thread!

p.s
Some has up to 60% same anchor which is the site itself, but since theres not many links there I cannot believe that it should be considered as spam. Some are real old domains, and there isnt any exact number for what is ok and whats not when it comes to the anchor density from what i read its all relative. Links from typical old school sites etc.

Stats looks fine. Also make sure you check each site history with Wayback.

Sorry to hyjack but i am also beginning to build a mini pbm.. is suspect i'll only need 3 sites to rank my main site...

i just bought and registered this - how are these for my first domain?

PR 1
DA 11
PA 25
TF 17
CF 19
TF/CF 0.89
RD 10

FB 48

im gonna sign up free hosting for this .. any suggestions?

no worries, i respect your grind :)

:1: In case they gt de-indexed due to some penalty in the past, they won't harm your rank as link that's not indexed not count anyway, just a loss of domain registration fee. Can't really push you to brave it tho, i bought like 30-40 expired non-indexed domain so far and got 8 or so bad eggs

Thanks man, may i ask you if theres a way to know pretty early on if its penalised? Is it as simple as putting it online and waiting if Google indexes it or not within the first few days?

:1: I just wait it out, and if something like 10 days passed without natural indexation then i load it up to brand new google webmaster tool account. Most case i got 'Pure Spam' penalty message there, else i use fetch to index it

If the links are relatively low and the links do not appear spammy then it is unlikely to be penalised. You can also check it's history in the Wayback machine to see what sort of content it had on the domain just prior to it expiring, that will give an idea of what sort of site it was being used for and the likelihood of any future penalisation.

It doesn't look like any of them have enough links to be too concerned with but you can always check them via Majestic or Moz to be on the safe side.

Metrics are pretty much a waste of time. I always pick my domains judging by the backlink profile.

The very first choice will be higher domain, because thats gives the better trust flow IMO.

Stats look fine but make sure they are not already penalised!

Stats mean nothing. Even RD is worthless. Check how many SUBNETS (not RD) has every one of them (you don't want them to be part of a MBN).

Then, after checking in Archive.org and Screenshots, go to Majestic-> Backlinks tab-> HISTORIC index (not Fresh one). Look for something you could have missed (comment spam, weird anchors, etc).

Check some of those backlinks (if not all, there are only a few) and check for OBL, backlink source (directory, article...).

That should give you a better perspective :)

Thanks, im already incorporating all of this, backlink analysis and Internet Archieve being the best tools imo. Thanks guys i appreciate all your replies!

Rather then creating an entire new thread, can someone give me some feedback on the actual setup of the first PBN.

Should i create a post and link out to money site, or create a blog post let it index and then create another thread with a link to the money site?
