Hello,
I have this paypal account with $234 in it and I am looking to transfer it out. When I go to do that is says sorry we can not process your request please try again. I have no credit card or debit card added. If anyone knows how to fix Please let me know!

You need to have a bank account attached to the account. Do you have that at least?

Nope I was able to send and recieve money yesterday can I add one of those prepaid visa card?

you need to verify your paypal account by adding a vcc and vba or real bank account. Also, it shows paypal doesn't trust you , maybe your account is new, maybe the fear of customers disputes

Transfering funds to another account is the best way to put both accounts in trouble
