Hi I'm a new member here but I've been lurking for a while. My original PayPal account just got peminantly limited for God knows what reason so thats like $90 gone.(which is a lot to me) So I made a new account to sell my products with and I followed all the rules and made like $30 but then that's ones perm limited I guess for being on my ip address. Is there anyway to hide my ip just from paypal to make an acct or can I just buy a pre made acct?

Is there any reason you cant use your real information and real ip address for your paypal account?
Do you have real bank accounts and credit cards that are linked too it?
 
I dont think it's happened because of the IP.
If paypal has any suspect about you then they will verify your account but will not ban it...

Whatever call the support they will solve your problem within few minutea
 
I used all of my real info and bank account in my first account. But I can't use it in my second account because they will see that it's from a banned acct.

Well, it's obvious you have to use billing country/city matching IP address and it's better if IP stays static. I suggest VPS for this purpose.

Take your spam somewhere else. You need to change your ip address with a private proxy.

Its not your IP address, its you personal information used. Just start a legit paypal account with a friends or family member information and everything should go fine after unless your doing bogus business
