Hi guys, i need old paypal accounts , here are specs i need;
-Necessary: Country must be the one in credit card withdraw accept and more than 90 days aged.
-Not necessary but preferably: Receiving limits lift, phone-address-card verifications, appealed from invoice and business limitation, any transactions made before and maybe business account. This specs not necessary but will be good if possible.
