You can't reach good volume without Visa/Mastercard cc payment. So it is more about on how to change your business model so all payment processors would onboard you without questions.
Try to use a Cloaked stripe account for sure, find a secure merchant for it. Connect it via proxy website and slowly warm up a Stripe account connect it to the Payoneer or Wise, if you have an option to add several accounts and spread the volumes, it would be better. You will diversify the risks of being blocked, as the account churned it's almost impossible to recover so you should be accurate with the process / volumes and CB rate, keep it under 1 percent. Digital goods or education courses for proxy website have a good score for the Stripe.
