Hello Guys i am from India,
but i have to make sell to all over the world ,so which payment gateway would be perfect for me.
stripe is not available in India.

Ccavenue or paytm, both are good. Go with Wp + woocommerce. Shopify sucks in long run.

i am gonna dropshipping. so customer have to wait so they could ask for refund.

Refunds are part of the business. You should know how to minimize them.

Paypal/Payoneer....Skrill...they stand out as the best platforms.

Can i charge from all over the world with these payment gateway.

There are few payment process which you can get from India and for dropshipping or any high risk business its hard to get a payment gateway.

US is usually considered the best market. If you are from India but think you will do high volume, consider setting up a US company using Stripe Atlas and then setting up a stripe account with that.

using ccavenue for 2 years every 2 moths i receive a chargeback. we just have to properly respond with all the documents and proof of service fullfillment. If you manage a good relationship with them you are good with ccavenue. Im doing business in high risk merchant category still ccavenue is great for me with average of 3,5000 USD per month of sales.

Would that also mean we will have to pay tax in the US too, right?

That sucks you can't use Stripe, I use it for everything. As far as not using PayPal because the customer has to wait, I've never had any issues with that personally. Are you saying that you can't buy the product till you get the money from the client? Most PayPal payments I receive are in my bank account in 2-3 days. I'd reconsider drop shipping if you have to wait every time for the money to clear before you can send the items. Maybe I'm misunderstanding though, PayPal has worked great for me with drop shipping.

I use 2checkout too, it is fine.
Shopify sucks for payment providers for dropshipping activities (if you do not have an US entity)
