Stripe hates me ... my products is against their "whatsoever"
I need a gateway which best in EU or USA

PayPal integration might be good option for you
PayPal blocked my account I am very sad.
They didn't give me a reason they said I violated there acceptable use policy

Got it. But they don't accept payments from individual accounts.
