Need paydayloan affiliate site set up $15

Just joined a payday loan affiliate site (t3leads.com) and there's a bunch of crap about channels and scripts that I know nothing about. There are already templates of websites. just have to pick one and set it up for me. i use godaddy hosting so you must know how to use there cpanel. I dont believe its hard if you know what your doing. I'm willing to pay $15 for the job.
