[NEED] Passive income suggestion?

You can try Shopify dropshipping, Amazon FBA Selling (hottest money maker right now) and starting your own Internet Marketing Business. All 3 are making me good money right now.
 
Can't get passive income right off the bat bruv. You gotta aim for that massive income first which will help you earn passive income through interest, dividends, profits etc.

8 is too much man. For 8 properties you will need someone to take care of it. I remember my uncle in Connecticut. He had 2 buildings (2 floor and loft on top). The buildings were close to each other. He used to give one apartment for free. But the guy living there had to take care of the buildings.
Another option will be giving it to agencies to manage it.

I own 1 warehouse in Albania (inherited from my family). Last time i visited my property was like 5 months ago. Money comes every end of month. Best satisfaction in the world lol
I am working on getting another one, hopefully !

Oh believe me, there's a team of us involved in the units. If I'm gonna bother with any project, I do it big. It's like e-com, why mess around with $1000/day stores when you can do 10x that? Were on BHW to get rich, not make pennies. If you want to do thing small, may as well just get a cozy day job.

Btw there's no agencies around. We don't live in a city. You call 911? I am 911 lol

I'm just sick of hearing the same old real estate advice from people who's never owned rental properties. You wouldn't give advice on how to be a pro athlete unless you were a pro athlete. How is this different?

The problem lies in the word "managing". Why are you managing them?

To be honest, I don't think there's many true sources of passive income, but property is about as good as you'll get I think.

Lol I have, and do, own rental properties. If you're doing it so big, why are you managing them yourself?
 
I love blogging, so I used to create an Amazon site and AdSense site on a larger scale.

5k is not too much for passive income
better invest in yourself, like education or courses
 
It really depends on how much you can invest. There are a lot of ways where you can get passive income, but all these ways rely on the invested sum.

Yes, it's very much doable today. One of the member here earn $1000's of dollars using this business model. He does it full time.
