Need partner with adsense

I am going to revive one of my first projects, the site is related to a game for kids. It will be monetized by adsense, the reason why it died last time was because my last adsense partner (from BHW actually) scammed me.

So I am looking for a new partner, requirements:
Need to be online relativly often on msn, yahoo or skype
Need to pay me at once they receive the google adsense check.

Site info:
Totally whitehat site but the SEO methods will be more greyish (Targeted SB blasts, linkwheels...).
Ranking on page 3 for a 18000 EXACT match searches a day keyword.
Ranking for a lot of other keywords too but as I havent done anything with it for a while the rankings is pretty low (But will increase a lot when I start optimizing them).

Currently getting 80-100 UVs a day (It had 500-600 without much work).
