There's a trick to get approvals through a US account and get paid in your country.

1) Signup with a US account
2) It is recommended to run some offers first, and make some money before applying to most publishers.
3) Apply to your target networks
4) You can skip this, or you can run some offers.
5) Change your country back to your country of origin. Some publishers will then decline your earlier acceptance when you change your country, so it is best to run some offers on your target network.
