Need outsource SEO worker for grunt work - Need them to be available during US Pacific

Right now we're essentially looking to start off by creating 'locations' in roughly 200 cities in socal through about 20-65 of the local search places. So it's heavy on data entry, light on SEO. After that is completed we're looking for pushing review placement on those cities and sites.
