Can anyone create accounts targetting specific country and niche and populate it with 500-2000 relevant contacts

Sure—if you’ve got a magic wand and a teleporting Rolodex! Realistically, it takes careful targeting and steady outreach, not instant wizardry.
 
It’s possible, but depends on the platform’s limits. Most people build niche accounts manually or through outreach tools — but hitting 500–2000 targeted contacts takes time and warm-up. Be careful with fresh accounts; aggressive actions get flagged fast.
