Just so you're aware, there are a LOT of people selling traffic that they claim is "organic" but is either bots or exchange traffic. Meaning it will never ever convert. You sound like you're wanting to hire an SEO expert... but paid with revenue sharing rather than money up front. In which case you're either going to run into only noobs who would agree to this. I have seen this done once or twice by reputable experts, but the site owner was US based and an actual contract was drawn up outlining the relationship. In other words it was guaranteed.

You need to concentrate on social media which helps to get huge traffic from various source to your site. This is all done by yourself and keep your account with more power. If you build the account with more followers from various country, it will help to increase the traffic. Also, build more backlinks which help to get traffic too.

If you have some cash to spend then tryout facebook ads and google adword. These are great because they are both very popular and you can really get some targeted traffic from it.
