Need optimizepress customization

Hi there fellows anyone here customizing optimize press theme,
I dont have the time and own the licence, need to hire someone to customize it, anyone?

I'm also looking for some help in customizing it. I have tried to contact support for a week now but no response. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get them to respond?
