This hosting plan is shared hosting and you have to keep a promise, to believe in, fair use policy. This fair use policy means, you have to compromise in sharing bandwidth. I personally use bluehost and asked their customer manager, what if my website hits rises too high. He gave me a smart answer, "Shared hosted websites are expected to take burden of 1500-2000 visitors at a time. But, if the hits rises, the website will get slow but never get down."
