Need Opinions About Article Networks For 2nd Tier Linking

Hello,

I'm trying to find article networks / services to use as 2nd tier links with
these requirements:

1) accepts spun content (or better in spin format)

2) allows unlimited domains (I need to blast web 2.0 etc)

3) allows minimum 10 submissions per day

4) distributes to decent number of sites

5) has high index rate of the submissions. (50+ ?)

6) low cost


I'm also interested in services that provide in-content links with anchor text. So if you know some quality service, please share it too.

Thanks but I need a complete solution.

I can hire someone with his own AMR & VPS, but 10+ AMR submissions per day will probably be more expensive than a network.
