Need Opinion about this Site

Hi,

im promoting my site for this keyword : condo for rent bangkok

and i see a competition on rank 5 with merly 200 backlinks, no edu/gov links, no keywords in title, description and h1tag and it has page rank 0.

rank 1 competition got like millions backlink...lol

i tryed to find out where his backlinks comes from... no success...

can you guys maybe give me some advice on this?
