I think your blog doesn't need on page SEO. It has already reach PR 4. And its difficult to do this because your blog is not english..

FYI: PageRank (even 4) doesn't mean squad when it come to rankings. Its just ONE indicator for a possible good Backlinkstructure, nothing else.

But there is no way to give you a definite Offer for the OnPage Optimization with such little details. For example: Do you already have a keyword research? How are the current rankings? What Key/Keyset do you want to push?
