Need "one page" website

Worked with designer from bhw and after a month of stalling he cancelled the deal we made... I will be able to pay 150$ (or resonble price) by the end of next month if not soner.
This is one page ecommerce website and it should be designed within a week.

NOTE: I can pay you after I actually do some work with website cuz I've invested every thing I got in this metode. It shouldn't take more than a month after design for me to pay you. Is that ok to you?

A month is a long period , if you need a landing PAGe i can design one for you. i can do it in 2 days max. if you have a template of how you want it to be.

Dont beleive on this, he pay after work and when you worked him he dont like.. my friend worked with him and he just wasted his time

Actually your friend worked only 1 day (template set up) broke 3 deadlines, delayed me for a month and I had enough of it thats why am looking for new designer here...
