Need ogad alternative

Playing with IG
one of my friend is from vietnam, cant make ogad profile from his country
i asked bobby ( ogad onwer) for this and he said they have no plan for making vietnam in into the list
any alternative of ogad for viet ??

and in short another :- can i use multiple advert like ogad/cpagrip and others ?
ie- i place 2 photo with a gap of 2 hours and for both pic, different locker ?
should i ?
