Need offshore hosting

Hi, I need offshore hosting to host my few sites, I tried different hosts but they do not accept payment directly through credit card. Can you please suggest any host where I can pay through credit card directly, I searched in forum and tried all recommended host but they only accept payment through bitcoin, moneybookers, paypal etc.
