i'm with offshore too. Offshore seo vps but they are not free. lol. $40/mo and bulletproof web hosting. you may follow with the first comment person may help you.

I'm looking for new offshore hosts too. Here's what I found at the four suggestions in this thread so far:
beamservers: located in Belize with servers in France and Netherlands. Reasonable AUP except for this: "If there is any data loss due to any mishap, Beam Servers is not responsible for the same. If any service is suspended for non-payment or DMCA notice, backup would not be provided." and this: "We do not disclose your information to any third party indivisuals. However, we may disclose your information to law enforcement agencies without any consultation of the client." FAIL*
shineservers: located in India with servers in Rotterdam. AUP includes this paragraph: "Occasionally, Shine Servers is required by law to submit customer information to law enforcement officials when presented with a valid subpoena from a court with proper jurisdiction. Information requested is disclosed as directed pursuant to the subpoena. Shine Servers utilizes great care in keeping customer information safe and private and will only release information described in the subpoena. Shine Servers will notify customer of the information request if allowed by the subpoena." Sounded reasonable, and then this shows up in the TOS: "Customer will not, and will not permit others to, use any Service in connection with any conduct or activity that is, in the sole opinion of Shine Servers LLP, defamatory, indecent, obscene, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, tortuous or violative of the rights of any other person or entity;" Whenever I see "indecent" or "offensive" I equate that to NSFW not allowed. That may be ok for some but not for me. But here's the worst part: "Shine Servers LLP staff agree to respect your privacy and will not go through the files on your service, however exceptions may be made in serious cases including but not limited to: A DMCA notification is received, and must be verified" Oh, really. FAIL*
inceptionhosting: located in Netherlands and USA. The AUP looks ok, except they do have a USA footprint, which should be self-explanatory. FAIL*
offshoreseovps: datacenters located in USA, UK, India and Australia. AUP is a single paragraph basically warning off script kiddies. That's fine. What I didn't like is that the TOS and Privacy Policy pages are both copy-and-pastes from bulletproofvps and they didn't even bother to fix the links. Further, the verbiage is all about stuff posted to bulletproofvps, and doesn't even address user requirements. The worst part, however, is that they are another USA footprint. 'Nuff said. FAIL*

USA footprint?
I'm owner of Offshore SEO VPS, looks like you have a lot to say and not much good at all
First of all , I'm from Canada servers are all located Poland now. We did have them in USA, CAN, Russia and well a bunch of places really but since we have most of our own hardware collocated
gets a bit difficult to ship your servers in many locations, better to keep all in one spot. We are spread across three different datacenters in Poland with I would say one of the most sophisticated virtual data-centers to boot.We use Vmware for most of our products. Do you know it costs $5000 just to get started with Vmware? Look it up. They go by CPU's. Not cheap.
On top of that we have two programmers who have been developing buttons for the client area to manage their VPS and it's working GREAT. We do use Solus VM for some of our linux machines but even they are in our virtual datacenter in Vmware. As for the links on the website, common man really? Your just looking for stuff now. Yes we did used to be bulletproof VPS we're not hiding anything look at the reviews they are all good. Why ? because our support is good. I hired support as well as I have only chat Denise is amazing. We do have to edit some things on the website we're just very busy I'm already 10 orders behind today, if your looking for a good offshore host, our infrastructure is just the best. You can't beat Vmware and the drivers they have for their hardware. With our new VDS system you can get a dedicated server for a fraction of the cost and performs better than a dedicated server. $40 dedicated server ? yes it's possible.
We have them all the way up to 2 TB HD's right now and adding more all the time. Most of our products are now on auto set up we're working our way through which means instantly you receive your product.
