I don't think it's a good idea to buy host from China. You will need to provie (copy) your personal ID card, passport number and bareheaded & full-faced photos and business license to apply an ICP license from Ministry of Industry before you website goes live

Get hosting located in Hong Kong. You will not have to provide ID or whatsoever. It is like regular hosting but work fine in the region of China and it's surrounding. Directly in China, you will need not only proof if ID, but prove that you live in China.
