Got some from SMM panel with 30 days refill - all followers dropped the next day so there's that.

Any decent place from where to get non-drops?

No there’s actually not hence why you didn’t really get any responses from other members.

you will be best if just paying for promo from bigger accounts in your niche. Atleast you won’t get any drop and the engagement is technically real and not bot accounts.

Hii there , you can try some websites those are offering micro tasks to their users , you can buy followers in a cheao rate , although there's no sites which gives you grantee that followers will never drop , but yeh you can try those sites to monetize your post .

Twitter is not an option for smm panels. Definitely, the followers will drop like you have tested. Take a review copy of smm panels on the marketplace section for trial.

there are too many services like that.. unfortunately most of them are not good at all. if you bought a service with refill option you should ask your refill. because there are some updates on twitter its normal that you have drops

No. And post Elon you're risking a IP range ban on his new system thinking you're a bot. Just follow MAGAs or RESISTERS. They will boost you if you do clone accounts to their fanatical madness.

Micro workers, but these might cause damage to your engagement rate. even if they are real accounts.
they like other 1000 accounts randomly each day and confuse the algorithm of twitter so you don't get enough targeted engagement juice. (eg: not recommended to follow) it's actually a dead walking bot
