need newbie guidance

I am starting a website, instagram & facebook soon (already have instagram at 3k) and have landed a very good username on instagram and also already have the domain needed

it is focused around sneakers
I have a huge network of buyers and sellers that I have built over the past 2/3 years so foundations are already laid.

What are the best free marketing methods to get my name out there? was thinking of using promoted posts etc. but want to also run ads on the website and get more traffic there.

I know there are some really noob questions in here but am starting from complete beginner so any basic tips would be really appreciated! thanks BHW

You can create social media accounts for free and then you will have to pay to promote. As you have a number of buyers and sellers, you can ask them to share your account. But make sure to create a good looking website and the social media accounts are filled with attractive content.

Sneakers are somewhat hard to start with due to the higher competition. But you will be able to make it since you are already in the business.

thanks man. Have the insta up and running already with some related content and also a basic website. Thinking of starting the facebook soon but unsure if it needs changing as it is has a different layout and perception compared to looking at an instagram page.
