Need new design and options

Looking for a new design for this site. Want to be able to change templates once in a while and add a new page easily. Want to change everything from a central page or two. This was originally built by hand in HTML but haven't kept up with the new options in web design. Something in PHP may be nice.

I have used YACG and like the simplicity and options.

Even open to having someone do a Joomla site with this or something similar.

Has around 1000 pages total. Needs a new look. PM for URL.
