For nutra in mena try Mgid or Proads. they have decent volume in that region and r usually more chill with creatives compared to Taboola.

Hey, are you still running nutra? what is the situation now? Taboola's review process is very strict these days, perhaps you could try other options, such as MediaGo or MGID.
 
For scale, Taboola is worth testing if your budget allows it. The traffic quality can be excellent, but you will usually need strong creatives, compliant ads, and a well-optimized funnel.
 
Jubna is probably your best bet for MENA specifically if propeller and evadav didnt convert for you. its actually built for that region so the local reach is way better than mgid which is honestly more of a global net. tested it for weightloss in saudi/uae and the cpc was low enough to run cheap tests without burning budget.

one thing tho... your landers matter more than the platform here. arabic audiences respond different, so if you just translated your english angle straight over it wont work no matter what network you pick. localize the creative and the lander properly first.

speakol is worth a look too as a backup. smaller volume but the traffic skews genuinely local.
