Need My Current Custom Website Modifying

Hi. I have a website that needs some modifying, at the moment clients pay for their goods as a "service or goods" payment through paypal.

I need the website modifying to also include a wallet system, but also include a new custom method of using Paypal as the Payment processor.

I have a reference site that has what i need but i need someone with the php/mysql coding skills to implement this Please if you have the skills send me your Skype ID as I can not Private message yet.
