Need multiple static public ip addresses for cheap

Xfinity is telling me I have an ipv6 /64, but i have no idea how to use those or how to make them public or static.

Is there any way for me to create these proxies i am buying but at home? Can someone point me in the right direction for what I am trying to do?

You might consider using mobile ip. Instead of needing 50 static ip , you only need 5 mobile proxies and configure auto rotate 2h. You will have 60 fixed ips for each profile running 2 hours.
